➕🐴 PPE Summer Learning Challenge – Week 3: Math in Real Life! 🐴➕It’s not too late to join the fun! Jump in this week and complete the earlier challenges for a chance to win a gift card!!!
Did you know your child uses math every day?
This week, look for ways to practice math together!
Try these easy ideas:
🛒 Count items while you shop.
🍎 Count snacks at home.
🥣 Measure ingredients while cooking.
💰 Count coins or dollars.
🧦 Sort laundry by color or size.
🚗 Count cars, birds, or mailboxes on a drive.
🧩 Build patterns with toys or blocks.
💬 Talk about math together:
• Which group has more?
• Which group has less?
• What shape do you see?
• How many are there altogether?

Each week this summer, we’ll share a simple activity designed to keep our students learning, growing, and having fun. From reading adventures to science explorations, every challenge can be completed right at home with your family.

If you will be picking up meals today as part of the curbside summer feeding program, please be aware the delivery trucks are running late and pickups will be delayed until approximately 8 a.m. This affects all sites, with the exception of Parkway, which will open at the normal time.
